SIRDS(Social Integrated Rural Development Society) is an NGO (non-governmental organization) The ultimate aim of SIRDS is community development, through the self-sufficiency of the community. The members of the society found in the motivation, mobilization, and facilitating in the issues of development of the targeted groups - Farmers, Women and Children and other backward classes. Women Empowerment has been the prime area of work.
